Pool Time
We haven't been to the pool since Elsa had her ISR lessons last summer. We weren't sure his she would handle the pool after so long. She was nervous at first but the longer we were there the braver she got.
Who needs forks?
Certainly not Elsa! As much as we try she has yet to make it through a whole meal using her fork. Of course corn on the cob can be forgiven.

A Whole New World
If I had to choose I would always choose a dental appointment over an eye exam. Which explains why I haven't had an eye exam in about 11 years.
While sitting at my desk a few weeks ago my boss popped in my office and he said "you need an eye exam." Apparently I was hunched over my desk and squinting at my 24" computer screen. I totally dismissed him at the time. Over the next two weeks I started noticing that maybe he was right.
So last Tuesday I had an eye exam and on Thursday I picked up my first pair of glasses ever! And it really is z whole new world. I totally didn't realize how bad my eyes had gotten.
What do you think?

My Peaceful Place
Having anxiety for a good portion of my life I've always looked for ways to relax and find peace. My yard provides some of that for me. I love just walking around looking at all the plants, bugs, birds and trees. It's peaceful and beautiful. I feel pretty darn lucky to have moved here with my family.
